Emsisoft has an extensive list of decrypters they have created and provide with no cost to the victims. What’s most interesting about Emsisoft decrypters is they provide the number of times each decrypter has been downloaded. Most of the decrypters range from anywhere between 2,000 to 40,000 downloads. Autolocky, a member of the Locky ransomware family, comes in as the top downloaded decrypter with over 110,000 downloads.

Kaspersky
Kaspersky is a well-known cybersecurity company that aims to protect home users, small and medium-sized businesses, and enterprises from cyber-threats and provide them with tools to control and manage their cyber security. Kaspersky has an entity named ‘No Ransom’ which is a place to find the latest decrypters, ransomware removal tools, and information on ransomware protection.
Compared to Emsisoft, ‘No Ransom’ is much smaller and currently has six decrypters for ransomware. What’s unique about ‘No Ransom’ however, are two characteristics of the web page. First, the page can be switched between appearing in English or Russian. Second, ‘No Ransom’ has a FAQ page that aims to educate victims on all things ransomware.

Bleeping Computer is a free community where people come together to discuss and learn how to use their computers in an atmosphere that is both helpful and welcoming. The website has several features including the most updated news stories relating to cybersecurity, tutorials, discussion forums, and decrypter downloads.
